Companies that prioritize culture can also weather difficult times and changes in the business environment to emerge stronger.
Alignment to and appreciation of organizational culture is of utmost importance. It is necessary to emphasize the accepted behaviors so that people follow it and rewarding these behaviors is a powerful way to influence and entrench.
